Yoga Outreach Training

I attended another excellent workshop conducted by Yoga Outreach. Sarah Holmes de Castro and Nicole Marcia facilitated a very informative course that was intended for teachers wanting to work with students dealing with trauma and addiction. The theory and practicality of the information were so well thought out, they provided such sensible safe knowledge that could be applied to any type of yoga class setting. I hope to do more training with them in the future. Trauma Sensitive Yoga October 19th 5pm 9pm
