WELCOME TO YOUR QUALITY INTRODUCTION TO THE PRACTICE OF YOGA

Designed for those who are at the beginning of their yoga journey, we welcome you to join us in a relaxed friendly environment to learn about the qualities and benefits that yoga can offer to help improve and support your wellbeing and keep your bodies working optimally.

Be open to the possibilities of transformation! Find your direct experience into how yoga can affect your life in a positive way of opening to feeling joy, confidence, independence, freedom, balance, strength, and flexibility in both your body and the mind.

We will learn essential movement skills, postures, movement sequences, breathing practices and many others tools for developing mindfulness, postural alignment, body awareness, and modifications to honour your body, and how to use yoga props to customize the practice for you.

With a gradual step by step process, we will build a solid foundation of fundamental movement principles of yoga to carry you forward into a safe enjoyable practice for the rest of your life.
