What are we offering: Designed for those who are at the beginning of their yoga journey, we welcome you to join us in a relaxed inviting environment to learn about the qualities and benefits that yoga can offer to help improve and support your wellbeing and keep your bodies working optimally.

Sparking your curiosity with breath and movement inquiries we will explore how to listen to our bodies and discover how using your inner perceptions to guide you can give you a direct experience into how yoga can affect your life in a positive way. Be open to the possibilities of feeling joy, confidence, independence, freedom, balance, strength and flexibility in both the body and the mind.

We will learn essential movement skills, postures, movement sequences, breathing practices and many others tools for developing mindfulness, postural alignment, body awareness, modifications to honour your body, refinement of technical skills and how to use yoga props.

With a gradual step by step process we will build a solid foundation on fundamental movement principles of yoga to carry you forward into a safe enjoyable practice for the rest of your life.
