Opposing Forces with Diane Bruni

Today I was fortunate enough to get in on a really great workshop at Flow Wellness YYoga Studio. The workshop was Opposing Forces with Diane Bruni of  Downward Dog Yoga Centre . She opened the class telling us about her travels this summer through BC and how beautiful she thought it is. And she also commented about how nice it is to see yoga so alive and flourishing in Vancouver. The class was so informative and interesting and the knowledge and passion of her teaching just flowed from her.  I didn’t want it to end. Diane took time at the end of the workshop to take questions from people. She was so gracious and engaging as she spoke to you and made you feel as though she had all the time in the world to answer our questions. Vancouver hopes to get her back again soon. Here is a description of the workshop. Opposing Forces with Diane Bruni Sep. 18, 2011 14:00 — 16:00 Centers: Flow Wellness Module 4 | $40 A workshop-style class for beginners and teachers alike.
